Ryan is the owner of Brew Fitness and is living his dream of combining his two favorite things...Fitness & Beer! Ryan ran his first 10K when he was 8 years old and continued his passion on to become an NCAA Division 1 Scholar Athlete. Ryan has a bachelors and masters degree in the fitness industry and is a certified group coach.

As a yoga practioner and enthusiast for over 20 years, Alecia likes challenging her students with a challenging and creative sequence and flow.
Alecia studied under Shayne Broadwell and Ali Szarzynski for her 200hr teacher training at Core Essesnce and Is thrilled to be teaching at Brew Fitness!
Mike was originally drawn to yoga as a way to round out his workouts during the week to stretch and recover, but quickly became captivated by the mind-body connection that yoga can bring to one’s life.
Specializing in Yoga UP, This type of HIIT work out is right up his alley that combines strength training, cardio, core, balance & yoga…it doesn’t get much better than that.
Mike loves getting creative to make sure no workouts are the same. Mike genuinely takes pride for being a piece to the puzzle of your physical fitness & mental health goals.

Patti Has always been a fitness enthusiast focused on hiking, running and biking. When her oldest of three left for college she thought it was a good time to explore something new. In 2016 Patti received her RYT 200 certification and is a member of Yoga Alliance. Patti started teaching right away and loves every minute!

Each week Patti writes a new class with a specific intention. Combining flow along with static and restorative poses. she strives to challenge her students physically and mentally leaving them with a feeling of peace.
Jess found her yoga practice over 10 years ago at a local gym in her area. It wasn’t until 2015 that she started her yoga teacher training journey. Since then, she has become a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher teaching bikram, vinyasa, yin, and sculpt style classes. Jess continues her practice-both as a student and a teacher- by taking classes regularly and participating in continuing education. In any of her classes, you can expect to balance your mind and body while having fun and feeling free to practice at your own pace. After all, yoga isn’t just a physical practice, it’s a lifestyle, so practice what you need!
Kate started lightly practicing yoga several years ago but in early 2013 felt a call to
really explore the full practice.
Kate completed her 200hr certification under Debbie
Williamson of Wild Abundant Life in June 2014 and is also certified as a Yoga
Personal Trainer. Kate has taught over 1,500 classes and is continually changing
and evolving as she strives to bring awareness to the mind-body connection through
breath work and intention setting.
When not teaching or practicing yoga, kate loves
to run, go to concerts, and hang out with her husband and dog.

Matt is a graduate of UW Madison and has worked within the industry for over three years. He helps you make the most of your workout by providing a constant source of motivation along the way. Outside of fitness, he enjoys rollerblading, writing, and everything sports.

Alex is a graduate of St. Norbert College and has been engrossed by physical fitness and health since he was 14 years old when he first became introduced to weight lifting. He believes true health is a long term decision that can be acquired with the combined efforts of physical activity, body maintenance, mental wellness, and proper nutrition. Outside of fitness, he enjoys kickboxing, Jiu jitsu, mountain biking and anything outdoors.
Cathy enjoys bringing yoga events together in ways that all can participate from any level. Welcoming the non traditional yogi to their first practice.

Cathy has been a practicing licensed massage therapist since 2010 after many years in a Corp. Office setting that lead her to helping others in a more meaningful way.
Katie began practicing when she was 19 and fell in love with yoga very quickly. Being a dancer her entire childhood, she was amazed by the huge change in her flexibility as well as her mental health. It was apparent the path she wanted to take would be one that would bring others as much peace as yoga had brought to her.
After 6 months of studying yoga she got her 200 hour certification through Wild Abundant Life.
Lindsay started practicing yoga about 7 years ago when her body and mind craved the movement, expression, and exercise she lost when she stopped dancing. Since then, yoga has become much more than a hobby, but a way to stay present and mindful on and off the mat.
Lindsay's curiosity and infatuation with yoga led her to complete a 200 hour training in 2018. She is thrilled to be able to continue to learn, grow and share her love of movement and mindfulness with the Milwaukee community.
Anne’s practice is about taking both the challenges and the peace found on the mat and translating it off the mat. Her classes will bring awareness to the physical and subtle body through a playful flow!
Anne received her 200hr training through Sadhana Yoga school in Costa Rica in 2016 and has been teaching ever since! An engineer by day and yoga teacher by night, she’ll tell you “it’s all about balance!”
