WHAT IS THIS RANDOM CHARGE AT THE END OF THE MONTH?:

Remember that sweat towel, protein shake or pre-workout you grabbed from the pro-shop? All drinks, supplements and apparel that you grab and write down on our Self-Serve Sheet on the counter are rang up at the end of the month. This cuts down on payment processing fees, especially on all those individual bottles of water! Receipts for these transactions are automatically emailed unless you have opted out of emails. They can also be found on the mobile app under PURCHASE HISTORY.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP:

NO, we’ll miss you! But yes you can. All cancellations need to be done directly on your Brew Fitness account (mobile app or web version, however you’ve been signing up for your workouts). Click on Payment Methods and select your membership you would like to cancel. Follow the prompts from there to acknowledge your cancellation policy.

*Please note that any unused class credits that have “rolled over” will all expire on the last day your membership is active..

CAN I VIEW MY SIGNED MEMBERSHIP:

Of course! On the mobile app, under SIGNATURES you will find copies of all signed waiver and memberships you have on file.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP:

Yes. There is a $15 fee to freeze your membership for up to 4 weeks and for every additional 4 week period. This will be charged to your account to process your freeze. Your membership freeze does not need to align with your billing dates or be for exact 4 week time periods, it can be from any date for any duration of time. When your membership unfreezes, your future billing dates will be adjusted by the amount of time your account was frozen.

Medical Freeze can be processed at no cost with a doctors note. Doctors notes need to have a return to activity date within 90 days or a new doctors note will be required to remain frozen beyond 90 days.
